Who we are

ClayOS Lab Inc is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us via the Contact page.

What we collect

• Your name and email, when you send a co-creation request or use the contact form.
• The co-creation inputs you provide (your idea, choices, any reference text) and the resulting preview.
• Basic technical/usage data needed to run the service.

Why we use it (and legal basis)

• To process your request and create your preview — performance of your request.
• To let the maker contact you about your order — performance of your request / legitimate interest.
• To send you order and status updates — performance of the order.

We ask for your consent before you submit a request, which you give via the checkbox.

Who we share it with

• The maker you co-create with, so they can respond to and fulfil your request.
• Service providers that power the platform: Google (Gemini) to generate previews and read requests, and Resend to send email. They process data on our behalf.

We don't sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights (EU/EEA)

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us via the Contact page to exercise these rights. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in Portugal, the CNPD).
